Experienced Attorney Mediation Services

Mediation involves talking, listening and negotiating. We can assist with over 32 years of litigation experience, and 15 years of Mediation experience, to ask the right questions and achieve the correct focus. We facilitate discussion guided by an objective and experienced mediator to help you reach a mutually acceptable resolution of your dispute.

When to request mediation

Any time you have a dispute and you need the assistance of a neutral third party the court orders you to mediate, we can help. Upon request, we can schedule a date and time within 48 hours, and complete mediations within 7-10 days from the date of scheduling

Resolution

If the participants reach a mutual agreement on a solution, whether a full “global” agreement, or a partial agreement on certain issues, the Mediator will prepare a Certificate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) completion, and if requested, will prepare a written document, or M.O.U. (Memorandum of Understanding) confirming their agreement. This is prepared for the participants, and attorneys if applicable, to sign.

Social Conflict Mediation

Our program assists in handling resolution and mediation of workplace or employment disputes, whether this involves EEOC or civil rights claims, or employment contracts or disputes, in the private or public sector. Including secondary or higher education, governmental entities or corporate disputes, offering tools for effective communication and understanding, and resolution.

Workplace or Employment Mediation

We offer support in resolving employment law and work-related conflicts, creating smoother transitions during professional changes, and assisting in resolving disputes between employer and employee, including experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, civil rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Legal Support and Referrals

In addition to our services, if requested for more complex issues, we have access and relationships that allow us to provide referrals to legal, therapeutic and mental health or counseling professionals within our network.
